  1. Information We Collect Information Stored Locally on Your Device MedMentor OCN stores the following information locally on your device:

Study Progress: Your quiz scores, completed lessons, unit progress, and test results App Settings: Your preferences including sound settings and other customization options Game Progress: Your XP level, star currency, lives, streak count, and achievement progress Subscription Status: Information about your active subscription through Apple’s StoreKit This data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties.

Information Collected by Third Parties Apple App Store and StoreKit: When you purchase a subscription through the App, Apple processes the transaction and may collect payment information according to Apple’s Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your payment information.

  1. How We Use Your Information The information stored locally on your device is used to:

Track your learning progress and study performance Maintain your game state, including XP, stars, lives, and streaks Save your app preferences and settings Enable subscription features and content access Provide a personalized learning experience

  1. Data Storage and Security All user data is stored locally on your device using secure iOS storage mechanisms. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

Important: If you delete the App, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

  1. Data Sharing and Disclosure We do not collect, transmit, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data remains on your device at all times.

The only exception is subscription information processed through Apple’s StoreKit, which is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

  1. Children’s Privacy MedMentor OCN is designed for adult learners and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

  1. Subscriptions and Payments All subscription purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store. Subscription management, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple according to their terms and policies. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
